YOU ASKED FOR IT AND WE HEARD YOU LOUD AND CLEAR!
You can now purchase your wrist bands PRIOR to December 10th.
 
*Please Note the terms and conditions ALSO ONLY PAID APPLICATIONS will be received.
Meaning if you do not complete the payment process we do not receive this information.

Let's Have Some Fun

 

  • 1. We supply approximately a 10 foot by 10 foot SPACE ONLY in an outside area. If you require more space you must purchase a second booth.

    2. You should bring a canopy in case of rain showers.

    3. You must bring your own table and chairs, display booth, etc.

    4. Set up starts at 7:00 am and you must be done setting up by 10:30 am. Clean up starts at 5 p.m. when the event is over.

    5. NO vehicles will be allowed to drive on the football field. You can park next to the field to unload your items and get them to your space, but must use the designated parking during the event. If you have large items please notify Carrie or Netty so accommodations can be made.

    6. No raffles will be allowed to generate money for any organization WITHOUT PRIOR written permission, but if you are raffling an item to acquire leads, names and addresses, this is allowed. Please call with questions.

    7. No bake sale items without proper Arizona Registration and Temp Vendor form turned into Pinal County SEE LINK AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE

    8. Please make your booth as professional as possible. This is a holiday event.

    9. booth is $65.00 (EARLY BIRD SPECIAL) 75.00 AFTER November 30th.

    10. ONLY ONE VENDOR PER BOOTH (NO Exceptions) (ONE BUSINESS)

    11. No refunds will be given in the event of rain, wind, or event interruption or destruction of any kind. No Refunds at all.

    12. Only TWO vendors per company will be accepted (ie: two Gold Canyon Candle, two Party Lite etc. will be allowed). Visit www.polarfest.netfor more information.

    13. Your application must be PAID before participating in the event.

    14. If you need to make special arrangements due to handicap or other issue, please notify Carrie Ribeiro or Netty Riggs.

    PolarFest will not be held liable or responsible for your loss incurred by or at the event should there be a loss for any reason. Also, if you incur expenses for the school property, signing below will confirm that you will take financial responsibility.

    By signing and submitting this application, this indicates you agree with the terms above. YOU Also agree that if you do a Credit Card "chargeback" or dispute you will be charged an additional $30.00 ONTOP of your Polarfest Fee. YOU also agree that THIS is a legal agreement and can be given to your Credit Card Company and or Paypal as EXHIBIT A for proof of payment agreement.
